Nicole Goodman and her fiancée Dwayne were chosen to be the first couple to receive the wedding of their dreams on the premiere episode of the new season of “My Fair Wedding,” hosted by lifestyle guru and Prevent Cancer Foundation board member, David Tutera.

Jackpot!
Before David chose the couple, they were finding it difficult to have the wedding they wanted and to stick to the budget they had. He talked with Nicole and Dwayne and found they had a love for poker and casinos. With that theme in mind, David transformed the New Jersey venue into a Monte Carlo casino, bringing the couple’s vision of their wedding to life. “It was truly an emotional experience for both of us! David really blew us away with how he captured our passion for the game. I felt like a movie star! It was truly an awesome day…just getting pampered like that was amazing,” Nicole wrote.

Honoring David
Nicole had contacted me earlier this year, after learning of her participation on “My Fair Wedding,” regarding how she could make a donation  to the Prevent Cancer Foundation in honor of David. He has generously been a supporter and friend of the Prevent Cancer Foundation for years and has designated the Foundation as his official “charity of choice.”

If you have a chance to see the “Poker Bride” episode of “My Fair Wedding” on WE tv, you’ll be able to see how deeply touched David was by Nicole and Dwayne’s gift. Congratulations and many long and happy years to Nicole and Dwayne. We could never thank David Tutera enough for all the wonderful ways he supports the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

Make your special day all the more special by donating to the Prevent Cancer Foundation in lieu of wedding favors.
