Valentine’s Day is a time to show your loved ones just how important they are, usually with gifts like cards, flowers, and chocolate! Go ahead and surprise them with a dozen roses, a cuddly teddy bear, and cards with bright pink hearts – but why not try something other than chocolate this year? Show your loved ones that you care about their health by making a creative and nutritious dinner or snack, like our quick berry smoothie!

Did you know that the Prevent Cancer Foundation posts a new delicious and healthy recipe on our blog every Friday? Be sure to check back at the end of this week for our quick breakfast tacos.

Have a healthy and happy Valentine’s Day!

Cool! Add some cardamom and make with frozen mango for a great anytime smoothie.

Sounds yummy!
Another possibility is to maybe add fruit juice instead of water.
Happy Valentine’s Day to Cheryssa and Leona!

Simple enough for someone like myself. Never used a blender in my life, this will be the first :-). Just bought a fairly “can do all that stuff” food processor, so timing is perfect. Can’t wait to try it.
