2017 Dialogue for Action® On Cancer Screening & Prevention.
This will be Prevent Cancer Foundation’s nineteenth annual Dialogue for Action®. This year’s planned topics include: social determinants of health; key legislation; prevention initiatives to reduce health disparities; research trends and advancements in cancer prevention and early detection; developments in imaging for cancer screening; the Precision Medicine Initiative; updates on screening guidelines; global prevention and early detection; and more.
The Dialogue for Action® is a program focused on increasing cancer screening as part of a comprehensive and coordinated cancer prevention strategy through:
Garth Graham, MD, MPH, President, Aetna Foundation will kick things off with his opening keynote address Social Determinants of Health—Your Zip Code Says More About Your Health Than Your Genetic Code.
Philip Castle, PhD, MPH, Global Coalition against Cervical Cancer and Albert Einstein College of Medicine will provide the closing keynote address Mobilizing for Global Prevention and Early Detection of Cervical Cancer.
Addressing equal access to preventive care in Tunisia, Apr. 4, 2017
