Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October 1, 2022 - October 31, 2022

Almost half of women in the U.S. 40 and older have not had a breast cancer screening since March 2020

Our latest findings indicate the pandemic is no longer the most-cited reason for screening delays. An information gap is preventing people from receiving potentially lifesaving health care, with 34% of women 40 and older saying they don’t know how often they should be screened for breast cancer.

Early detection saves lives. Routine cancer screening detects cancer early (even if you have no signs or symptoms!) and increases the likelihood your treatment will be successful.

Don’t know what screenings you need? Start here. Or, take our quiz, with results sent directly to your inbox.
