President and Dr. Biden reignite Cancer Moonshot
On February 2, President Biden announced ambitious goals to reduce the death rate from cancer by at least 50% over the next 25 years, improve the experience of people and their families living with and surviving cancer and ultimately “end cancer as we know it.” The supercharged Cancer Moonshot offers a considerable opportunity to make progress in preventing cancer, detecting it early and drastically decreasing the number lives lost to cancer every year. Prevent Cancer Foundation awards seven new research grants
The Prevent Cancer Foundation is please to announce funding for seven scientists who are researching cancer prevention and early detection. Each scientist has been awarded $100,000 for two years.
